Return & Refund Policy

Effective for purchases made on www.thegentlemansline.com


30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.


Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, items must be:

• unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• with all tags attached
• in original packaging
• accompanied by a valid order number or receipt


How to Start a Return

Email us at info@thegentlemansline.com with:

• your order number
• the item(s) you want to return
• the reason for return

If your return is approved, you will receive full return instructions.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please use a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Do not return items without approval — unauthorised returns will not be processed.


Return Address / Facility

Returns are sent to our Netherlands return facility or an assigned partner warehouse, depending on the item.
The correct return location will be provided after approval of your request.


Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos or video.

In these cases, you do not need to return the item unless instructed.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• final sale or clearance items
• custom or personalised items
• gift cards or digital products
• hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. cosmetics, skincare)
• perishable goods (e.g. flowers, plants, food)
• hazardous materials (e.g. flammable substances)

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Submit a return request

  2. Once approved and refunded, place a new order

We do not offer direct exchanges.


Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
• Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund.

If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, contact us.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it by emailing info@thegentlemansline.com.

After this period, cancellations are not possible due to automatic processing.


UK & EU Customers

If your order is delivered to the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days without providing a reason.

Conditions:

• items must be unused and resaleable
• proof of purchase is required
• customer covers the return shipping cost
